Contact form: we process your name, email and the content of your message to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, send you information or a proposal. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data while handling your enquiry and, afterwards, for the statutory periods during which liability may arise.

Newsletter: we process your email to send you, at most once a month, content on warehouse management and news about Rowan WMS. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); we record when you gave it so we can demonstrate it. We keep it until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time by writing to hola@rowan.gal.

Email: if you write directly to hola@rowan.gal, we process the data you include for the same purpose, legal basis and retention as the contact form.

Analytics: only if you accept it in the cookie notice, Google Analytics collects browsing data (pages visited, referral source, device type) to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent. Details are in the cookies policy.

Who can access your data: IONOS, which hosts the site and email on servers located in Spain, as processor; and Google, for analytics only and only if you accept it. We do not share your data with anyone else unless legally required.

International transfers: contact and newsletter data never leave the European Union. Google may transfer analytics data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights: you can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@rowan.gal. Withdrawing it does not affect processing carried out before.

Complaints: if you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Automated decisions: we do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
