We know what we're asking: that you trust your inventory, your suppliers and your warehouse movements to a system you don't run yourself. So we won't leave it at a marketing line — this is exactly how we protect it.

We designed Rowan WMS applying ENS (medium level) and ISO 27001 controls from day one of development.

Each organisation sees only its own

Even sharing the same system as other warehouses, your data lives in your own organisation. Nobody outside sees your stock, your suppliers or your movements — not even us, unless you ask us to.

Data hosted in Spain

Your warehouse data is hosted on servers located in Spain, subject to Spanish and EU data protection law.

Access scoped by organisation

Each warehouse or client operates within its own organisation. One tenant's data is never visible to another, even sharing the same system.

Role-based permissions

Someone picking orders doesn't need to delete a stock count, and someone receiving goods doesn't need to see purchase prices.

Encryption in transit

All communication between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). No credentials or warehouse data travel in the clear.

Backups

The database is backed up periodically, independent of the application server.

Audit trail

Every count, transfer and adjustment is logged with its user and timestamp. If something moves, you can find out who moved it and when.
